The Lacey Jarrell Foundation is an exclusively charitable and educational organization formed to support young artists in their artistic expression and talents. The Foundation is devoted to the enhancement and promotion of ethical, social, intellectual, and emotional development and healing for youth through providing exposure for young artists in the areas of painting, drawing, photography, creative writing, and graphic art design. Our programs are designed to improve and develop young artists' capabilities and instruct the public on the benefits of artistic creativity, outlets, and art education.

The beneficiaries of the Foundation will be youth ages 13 through 21 years of age. The Foundation will promote and honor its commitment to diversity by inviting both public and private secondary schools in the area to join our outreach efforts, speaker and mentoring programs. Students involved must be enrolled in a local accredited public or private secondary school or college.
